company with a solid track record in investment

Helen Y. Dee – Ms. Dee is Chairman and President
of the Grepalife Asset Management Corporation since its
inception up to present. Concurrently, she is the
Chairman and President/Chief Executive Officer of the
Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund Corporation, Grepalife Fixed
Income Fund Corporation and Grepalife Bond Fund
Corporation. She is also the Chairman and President of
Hydee Management & Resources, Inc. since August 04,
1978, Tameena Resources, Inc. since July 17, 1997, and
House of Investments, Inc since November 05, 2001. She
also holds Chairmanship of the Boards of Landev
Corporation since November 05, 2001, HI-Eisai
Pharmaceuticals, Inc since November 08, 2001, Manila
Memorial Park Cemetery, Inc. since November 21, 2001,
Mapua Information Technology Center, Inc. since March
19, 2002, Rizal Commercial Banking Corp since June 27,
2005, Financial Brokers Insurance Agency, Inc. since

20, 2006, Member of the Philippine Insurers Club since
1966, Member of the Advisory Board since October 31,
1985, Member of the Board of Trustees and Treasurer of
the Philippine Philharmonic Society since August 1985
and January 23, 2002 and Director/Vice President of the
Nth Millennium Foundation of the Philippines, Inc. since
October 1996.She was formerly the Chairman of the ASEAN
Insurance Council from December 1982 to 1984, and
Chairman & President of the Insurance & Surety
Association of the Philippines from 1982 to 1983. She
earned her Masters degree in Business Administration
from the De La Salle University Graduate School of
Business and her Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major
in Administration from the Assumption College.
Yvonne S. Yuchengco – Ms. Yvonne Yuchengco is a
Director of the GAMC. Her term of office is for one year
until her successor is elected and qualified. She is
concurrently President of Malayan Insurance Co., Inc.
since 1995, and Chairperson of Tokio Marine Malayan
Insurance Co. since 1995, RCBC Capital Corporation since
1995, and Philippine Integrated Advertising Agency, Inc.
since 1999. She is likewise a Director of Pan Malayan
Realty Corporation, Honda Cars Kalookan (where she is
also Treasurer) since 1980, Malayan Insurance (U.K.)
since 1995, Malayan Insurance (H.K.), Malayan
International Insurance Corporation and Manila Memorial
Park Inc. since 1995, La Funeraria Paz, Inc. since 2006,
Mapua Institute of Technology since 1999, La Funeraria
Sucat Inc. since 2006, Ipeople, Inc. since 2001. She is
also a Member of the Advisory Board of the Rizal
Commercial Banking Corporation and President of MICO
Equities, Inc. since 1995, Treasurer of Pan Malayan
Management & Investment Corporation and Assistant
Treasurer of Enrique T. Yuchengco Inc. since 1980. She
is President of PIA/Phil-Asia Assistance Foundation Inc.

Foundation, Inc. since 1999, Director of Great Pacific
Life Insurance Corporation since 1995, National
Reinsurance Corporation since 2006, House of Investment
since 2007, and Yuchengco Museum Inc. since 2006. Ms.
Yvonne Yuchengco received her Bachelor of Arts degree in
Communication Arts from the Ateneo de Manila University.
Armando M. Medina – Mr. Medina is a Member of the
Board of Directors and Vice Chairman of the Investment
Committee of the GAMC. His term of office is for one
year until his successor is elected and qualified.
Concurrently, he is Independent Director for the Rizal
Commercial Banking Corporation (and Advisory Board
Member) since February 26, 2003, RCBC Savings Bank, RCBC
Capital Corporation, Bankard, Inc., First Malayan
Leasing and Finance Corporation, Lifetime Plans, Inc.
and RCBC Forex Corporation. He was formerly President
and Chief Executive Officer of Rizal Commercial Banking
Corporation from April 10, 1991 to July 31, 1996,
Director of RCBC International Finance Ltd. from January
1, 1986 to July 31, 1996, Honda Cars Philippines, Inc.
from September 19, 1990 to July 31, 1996, RCBC Capital
Corporation from July 1, 1992 to July 31, 1996, RCBC
California International, Inc. from April 12, 1991 to
July 31, 1996 , Nestle Asean (Philippines) from April
12, 1991 to July 31, 1996, Bukidnon Resources Company,
Inc. from August 31, 1993 to July 31, 1996, Bankard Inc.
from July 1, 2003 to February 24, 2005, Pacific Plans
Inc. from August 1, 2003 to August 20, 2004 and Lifetime
Plans Inc. from August 16, 2004 to 2005. Mr. Medina
earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Commerce from the
De La Salle University. He is Filipino and 60 years old.
Wilfrido E. Sanchez – Atty. Sanchez is a Director of
the Grepalife Asset Management Corp. (GAMC) since June
15, 2004, Grepalife Fixed Income Fund since May 7, 2004,
and Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund since January 2006, and
Grepalife Bond Fund Corporation since 2009. His term of
office is for one year until his successor is elected
and qualified. He is concurrently the Tax Counsel of
Quiason, Makalintal, Barot, Torres & Ibarra Law Offices
and Director for House of Investments, Inc., the Center
for Leadership & Change, Inc., the Adventure
International Tours, Inc., the Philippine Education
Trust Plan, Inc., the Transnational Plans, Inc.,
Transnational Diversified Group, Pizzavest Transnational
Corporation, Transnational Food Services, Inc., Legenda
International Resorts, Magellan Capital Holdings
Corporation, Dolphin Ship Management, Inc., Omico
Corporation, Amon Trading Corporation, and the Universal
Robina Corporation. He is also a Member of the Executive
Committee of the Canlubang Sugar Estate. He was Managing
Director and Head of Tax Division of Sycip Gorres Velayo
& Co. from 1963 - 1993, Chairman of the Taxes and Tariff
Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce of the
Philippines from 1989 to 1993, Co-Chairman of the Tax
Committee of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and
Industry from 1976 to 1993, Head of the Tax Division at
Goh Tan & Go from 1974 to 1976 and Legal Researcher of
the Court of Appeals from 1961 to 1962. He was also the
former Chairman of the Ateneo Law Alumni Foundation
Class 1961. He is a Member of the Integrated Bar of the
Philippines and a Member of the Tax Committee of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Atty. Sanchez received his Bachelor of Arts degree from
the Ateneo de Manila University, Bachelor of Laws degree
from the Ateneo de Manila University, and Masters degree
in Laws from the Yale Law School. He was awarded the
Felix Cohen Prize in Tax Training from the Deloitte
Haskins & Sells in Seattle, Washington, USA. He is
Filipino and 73 years old.
Ramon S. Bagatsing, Jr. – Atty. Bagatsing, Jr. is
a Director of the GAMC. His term of office is for one
year until his successor is elected and qualified. He is
concurrently Director for Great Pacific Life Assurance
Corporation and Manila Bank while engaging in his
private practice as a Legal Consultant. He was
Congressional Representative of the 4th District of
Manila from May 1987 to 1998, Chairman of the Manila
Sports Development Council from 1978 to 1985, Private
Secretary to the City Mayor of Manila and Executive
Chairman of the Kilusang Kabuhayan at Kaunlaran. While a
Congressman, he co-authored various laws dealing with
the promotion of education, increase in personal tax
exemptions, rent control, anti-dumping, retirement and
death benefits to Barangay officials, and the
improvement of the national museum system. He holds
various memberships with civic organizations, among
which are: Jaycees International as Vice President,
Philippine Jaycees as National President, Manila Jaycees
as President, Manila Red Cross – Sampaloc Chapter as
President, MAHAVEER Philippines Foundation as Director,
Mother Teresa Award as Initiator, NAMFREL as National
Executive Committee Member and Member of Boy Scouts of
the Philippines, YMCA, Knights of Columbus 5774 and
Jaycees International Senator. He is an Awardee of the
Doña Aurora Quezon Award – Manila Red Cross Chapter
(1984), Most Outstanding Jaycee Chapter President in the
World (1983), Most Outstanding Jaycee Chapter President
in the Philippines (1983) and consistently as Most
Outstanding Congressman of various groups, associations
and organizations. Atty. Bagatsing, Jr. earned his
Bachelor of Laws degree from San Beda College and
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the St.
Vincent College in Pennsylvania, USA. He passed the 1976
Bar Exams with a 100% rating in Taxation. He undertook
further studies at the University of Santo Tomas for
Master of Laws. He is Filipino and 59 years old.
