Edgardo S. Franco – Mr. Franco is Treasurer of the GAMC and the Fund and a Member of the Investment Committee of GAMC since the GAMC’s inception up to present. Concurrently, he is Treasurer of the Grepalife Fixed Income Fund Corporation, Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund Corporation, and Grepalife Bond Fund Corporation, Executive Vice President of Great Pacific Life Assurance Corporation, President & CEO of Great Life Financial Assurance Corporation, Chairman and President of Malayan Credit Corporation, Chairman and President of GPL Cebu Tower Office Condominium Corp., Vice Chairman & Director of Grepaland, Director of First Malayan Leasing & Finance Corporation, Director & Treasurer of Integrated Properties & Dev’t. Corporation and Treasurer of Pan Pacific Computer Center Incorporated. He worked for eight years at Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. with his last position being a Manager in the Audit Division. He is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Financial Executives Institute of the Philippines and the Makati Business Club. Mr. Franco earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce from the Far Eastern University where he was a consistent University Scholar. He also passed the examinations for Certified Public Accountants. He is Filipino and 57 years old.


Teodoro D. Banaag – Mr. Banaag is the Investment Manager and a Member of the Investment Committee of GAMC since its inception. He is concurrently Investment Officer of the Great Pacific Life Assurance Corporation. He worked as investment officer at the Pan Malayan Management and Investment Corporation (PMMIC). Prior to his employment at PMMIC, he was Senior Vice President at the Treasury Division of the Philippine National Bank where he was employed for 25 years. Mr. Banaag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, Major in Accounting from the Philippine College of Commerce. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He is Filipino and 58 years old.


Samuel V. Torres – Atty. Torres is the Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel for the Fund since its inception up to present. He is concurrently Corporate Secretary of the Grepalife Fixed Income Fund Corporation, Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund Corporation, Grepalife Bond Fund Corporation and GAMC, Corporate Secretary of Great Pacific Life Assurance Corporation (Grepalife). Prior to joining Grepalife, he engaged in his private law practice through Macalino Salazar & Associates from 1992 to 1994 and later Fortun Narvasa & Salazar Law Office from June 1997 to March 2000. He was also International Counsel for Federal Express Corporation from March 2000 to October 2001, Assistant Corporate Secretary of Korea Telecoms Philippines, Inc. from October 1997 to March 2000, Legal, Copyright, Administration and Relations of Philippine Academy for Continuing Education and Research, Inc. from June 1994 to February 1997 and Legal Consultant of New Day Publishers from June 1995 to October 1998. Atty. Torres earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Ateneo de Manila University and Bachelor Science in Business Economics from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He is Filipino and 45 years old.


Maria Eloisa R. Gan – Atty. Gan is the Assistant Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel for the GAMC since inception up to present. She is concurrently Assistant Corporate Secretary of the Grepalife Fixed Iincome Fund Corporation, Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund Corporation and Grepalife Bond Fund Corporation, Senior Assistant Vice President of Great Pacific Life Assurance Corporation (Grepalife), and Chief Legal and Compliance Officer of Great Life Financial Assurance Corporation. Prior to joining Grepalife, she was a Senior Investigator in Pacific Strategies and Assessments from 2005 to 2007. She was also the Assistant to the Corporate Secretary of Far East Bank & Trust Co./Bank of the Philippine Islands from 1999 to 2001 and the Officer-In-Charge, Complaints and Investigation Division Compliance and Enforcement Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission from 2001 to 2005. Atty. Gan also worked in Securities and Exchange Commission as Officer in Charge for Complaints and Investigations Division, Compliance and Enforcement Department. She is a Filipino and 40 years old.


Ramon G. Vizmonte – Mr. Vizmonte is the Controller for the GAMC since its inception up to present. He is concurrently Controller of the Grepalife Fixed Income Fund Corporation, Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund Corporation and Grepalife Bond Fund Corporation. Prior to joining Grepalife, he was the Senior Audit Manager of House of Investments, Inc. from September 1992 to December 1999 and Financial Analyst of Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation from March 1989 to August 1992. He was also a Senior Auditor of Sycip Gorres Velayo and Co. from December 1980 to February 1989. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from Far Eastern University, Manila. He is a member of Alumni Association of the Asian Institute of Management, Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Philippines. Mr. Vizmonte is a Certified Public Accountant. He is Filipino and 50 years old.


Noli H. Benito – Mr. Benito is the Compliance Officer for the GAMC since its inception up to present. He is also the Compliance Officer of Grepalife Dollar Bond Fund Corporation, Grepalife Fixed Income Fund Corporation and Grepalife Bond Fund Corporation since June 21, 2006 up to present. He is concurrently Vice President and Compliance Officer of the Internal Audit and Compliance Group of Great Pacific Life Assurance Corporation (Grepalife). Prior to joining Grepalife, he was the Finance Controller and MIS Manager of Sime Darby Pilipinas, Inc. from 1984 to 1996. Mr. Benito earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Accounting from the Philippine School of Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Philippines, Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Management Association. He is Filipino and 48 years old.
